Enrollment Planning Team

In the process of developing the Strategic Plan for the campus, the University community has developed and endorsed statements of our values and mission. These statements are critical in shaping the Strategic Enrollment Plan for USC Aiken.

While the Enrollment Services Division may perform many of the obvious “recruitment and retention” functions, affective Enrollment Management is a result of the programs, activities, and actions of all individuals who are members of this campus.  Therefore it is critical that all areas of the campus have an opportunity to voice their opinions and be represented when decisions are made regarding enrollment planning or management.   This broader participation enables the University to make better-informed decisions, and allows a better opportunity to communicate enrollment goals, objectives and highlights throughout the campus.

To help facilitate this process, USCA has created an Enrollment Planning Team that will provide direction and support for activities related to the recruitment and retention of students. This team will:

• Be responsible for developing, implementing and assessing the Strategic Enrollment Plan
• Assist in determining what data needs to be collected and reviewed
• Communicate findings to the campus community
