III. EnrollStat (Dashboard Indicators and Potential areas of Interest/Study – Focus on Results)
· Offices/Depts/Subgroups of this Team will then explore and bring to EPT to discuss and determine if this is a priority issue
· If issues can not be addressed at the unit level, then specific recommendations and actions should be taken by EPT. (Most impact and changes will be felt at the individual dept/area level – EPT may simply be the catalyst for the initial examination.)
· University/Major GPA GAP (Pre-admission)
· Effective advisement for non—majors (SON, SOE, SOBA,
ESS)
· Course demand generated by these majors
· Freshman Predicted Grade Point Average (PGPA)
