·        If issues can not be addressed at the unit level, then specific recommendations and actions should be taken by EPT.   (Most impact and changes will be felt at the individual dept/area level – EPT may simply be the catalyst for the initial examination.)

EPT is charged with:

·          Understanding current enrollment statistics, philosophies, practices

·          Identifying issues; researching, making institutional comparisons

·          Assessing effectiveness of current processes/programs

·          Establishing and assessing recruitment and retention goals

·          Communicating activities and findings to campus community

·          Making recommendations
