Randy Duckett opened the meeting welcoming Sarah Keeling as joining us as a guest.
Programmatic Updates
Stephanie Foote informed us that to date there are 17 students signed up to participate in the First Pace Program and 4 have already signed up for housing. This is really a good number and the deadline for housing is June 1st.
Stephanie Foote also shared that she is in the process of planning academic success workshops.
Action Team Reports

Campus Housing Action Team (CHAT) – Mr. Randy Duckett
Year End Reports – Dr. Braden Hosch
Dr. Braden Hosch handed out the 2005-06 End-of-Year Reports Guidelines that explain directions for completing the reports. The template will be sent electronically to the committee chairs and are due to Mr. Randy Duckett and Dr. Braden Hosch by July 1, 2006. The process will be the same as last year with a meeting with each chair to determine the charge for next year.

Resources/Learning Opportunities
Stephanie Foote informed us that she will be receiving DVD’s from the tele-conferences from this past year and she would advise us when they are here for our use.
Announcements
Randy Duckett informed us that Dr. Susan Campbell will be on campus June 29-30, 2006 as a consultant for Advisement Services and will provide times that EPT members will be able to meet with her.
At the adjournment of the meeting Randy Duckett thanked Ms. Jennie Volforte for her service not only with EPT but also the University.
