How and when do you pay?
The Finance Office does not mail bills. Tuition and fee payment due dates are
determined by the student's registration. Generally, payments are due after
registration and before the first day of classes. Specific dates are available
at http://www.usca.edu/records/calendars.html.
After the student registers, payments can be mailed or paid in person at the
Finance Office, Room 114 Penland Administration Building, 471 University Parkway,
Aiken, SC 29801. After registration and obtaining a VIP (Visual Information
Processing) password, bills can be printed, viewed or paid on line at http://vip.sc.edu with
VISA, Discover, or MasterCard.
Payment is required with personal funds when a student's financial
aid (loans, scholarships, grants) is not available or insufficient to cover the
entire semester cost of tuition, fees, campus housing and campus meals. For additional
information, please call the Finance Office, 803-641-3456 or email stubill@usca.edu.
