USCA Alumni Council Committees
 
Membership and Fundraising Committee - The Membership and Fundraising Committee works to:

• Increase membership in the USCA Alumni Association by encouraging alumni contributions to the University in the Annual Fund
• Provide annual financial support to the Alumni Scholarships through fundraising activities
• Support special events for alumni as organized by the Director of Alumni Relations including the Golf Classic, silent auctions, alumni reunions, sweetheart event, etc.

Student and Alumni Connections Committee - The Student and Alumni Connections Committee works to:

• Build relationships with current students to educate them about the role of an alumnus Provide assistance with events for senior students such as Graduation, Senior Salute and Stress Blowout events held twice each year
• Develop a plan for alumni involvement in Homecoming activities on campus
• Support the development of the Student Alumni Association (SAA) program through the Alumni Relations Office
• Develop a relationship with the USCA Admissions Office to provide alumni interactions in recruitment efforts

Professional Development and Networking Committee – The Professional Development and Networking Committee works to:

• Share professional knowledge of alumni with current students to help guide them on their career paths by providing them with networking opportunities through Career Services activities such as Career Panels, Career Fair, Mentoring Programs, Major Mondays, and Experiential Learning opportunities Promote the professional development of alumni and current students by organizing and hosting educational and networking opportunities for alumni which could include continuing education offerings, social/networking gatherings, etc.
• Work with the Director of Alumni Relations to develop and support affiliated groups based on geographic location or common interests (SGA, AASA, USCA employees)
