Currently living and working in Charleston, South Carolina, Rachel Knight is a 2013 Communications major graduate. While at USC Aiken, she was very involved in many different organizations and clubs. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Special Events chair for Pacer Times, honor societies and an off campus ministry called Merge.
Rachel shared that some of her best memories while attending USC Aiken were of Greek Life, Pacers Sports and the quality of the educational experiences to which she was exposed. Of course these are second to the fact that she met Clayton, her husband, who played on the baseball team and is a 2011 Business Administration graduate.
She also indicated that she learned a great deal about time management and organizational skills while a student, and credits those experiences with the success she had found in those areas in her professional and personal life.
Close relationships with faculty are one of the benefits of attending USC Aiken and Rachel shared that she was grateful to Professor Peggy Elliott and Dr. Charmaine Wilson as not only being great professors, but for their guidance and support.
“I thoroughly enjoyed my entire college experience at USC Aiken. I learned some of life’s biggest lessons and made friendships that will last a lifetime. I encourage anyone to attend USC Aiken and see for themselves”.
