The mission of the Department of Biology & Geology is to offer the highest quality learning experience to both majors and non-majors. To this end, the curriculum contains both general education courses and coursework that prepares students for graduate school, professional school, or employment.

We offer Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees with a major in Biology, a minor in Biology, a minor in Geology, and three years of Geology curriculum transferable to other undergraduate institutions.
