Classified Employees Assembly Executive Committee Meeting

Minutes

The CEA Executive board met briefly this morning with the following members in attendance: Judy Clements, Mary Ann DeLaigle, & Brenda Hill.

It was decided that MaryAnn would send a message to the USCA Listserve congratulating the winners of the CEA Employees of the Year, Tim Carlton, Julie Bush, Jean Haynes, & Ahmed Samaha. The winners will be recognized at tonight's Academic Convocation.

The next Classified Employees Assembly meeting is planned tentatively for May 14.

Judy passed around a copy of USCA's Master Plan sketch, created by John Malmrose. Mr. Malmrose's last day of employment at USC Aiken is Friday, April 17.

The CEA Survey results have been completed and will be presented at the May meeting. A one‑page survey relating specifically to the Classified Employees Assembly was discussed. The executive board members were asked to consider specific questions to be included in such a survey. Also, agenda items for the May meeting were discussed.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 a.m.
