Classified Employees Executive Meeting

The CEA Executive Committee met today with Judy Clements and Brenda Hill present. The purpose of the meeting was to decide on a date for the next classified employees meeting and any agenda items for that meeting. It was decided that Wednesday, January 27, 1999 @ 2:30 p.m. was the most convenient time for the first CEA meeting. of the new year. Judy mentioned several items for the agenda that she knew about so far that included Tony Yamada discussing 1) team cleaning, 2) update on the construction progress, and 3) parking. Frankie Cubbedge and Tom Mack will discuss the Self‑Study Committee. (Judy will represent the classified employees on this committee until after elections are held and a new president is chosen.) Another agenda item will include an announcement and brief discussion on the upcoming "Classified Employees of the Year" award process and lastly, an announcement about the election of new officers with nominations from the floor. There being no other business to discuss, the executive committee members present adjourned the meeting.
