Membership
Membership in
the USCA Classified Employees Assembly is available to all full-time,
permanent, non-teaching support staff of USCA. The CEA requires no
annual monetary fee-- just time and involvement.
The Classified Employee Assembly is working for YOU. Some of our accomplishments include:

Appointing a CEA representative as a voting member of Institutional Planning Cabinet (campus committee that recommends budget allocations).

Increasing the number of Classified Employee of the Year Awards from
1 to 4. -
Establishing awards to recognized classified employees for community service and university service (currently not awarded due to non allocation of funds).

Working for increase in the monetary awards given to the four Classified Employees of the Year (from $500 to $1000 per award).

Managing the distribution of CEA Enrichment Funds for professional development.

Established connection with State Employees Association to monitor and influence state policy.
