Lambda Chi Alpha offers an unique experience from any other fraternity because we do not have pledges! Instead Lambda Chi offers you become an opportunity to grow and develop as a man by becoming an Associate Member. This is very different than traditional pledging because Associates have right that are not otherwise given to a new member of a fraternity. Some of the rights that an Associate have include:

Run for any position (Excluding High Phi)
Wear the letters of Lambda Chi Alpha
Know the day of initiation
Participate in all chapter activities
Vote in all meetings (Excluding those dealing with initiation)
