" As a recipient of the
Kay Lawrence Memorial Scholarship I was able to focus more on my classes and not have to worry where my tuition and books would come from. In return I was also able to re-invest what I would have spent on classes in other educational activities such as participating in a 10-day trip to England and Scotland. It was truly thanks to this scholarship that I was able to make the educational experience of a lifetime a reality, without setting up a financial burden for my future."
