Welcome to USCA Catering Services. The University of South Carolina Aiken food service, ARAMARK has exclusive rights for all food service functions which are held on campus. No food or beverage may be brought in by event participants and/or outside caterers. We will be glad to help you in planning your special events. Our entire staff is ready to make your event an outstanding and memorable occasion. Because we realize that there is a wide divergence of food preferences, we will work with you to prepare special menus designed especially for your particular event. Please call the Conference Center and Special Events Office at 803-641-3587 to discuss the many menu options that we offer.

Room Reservations

·        Room reservations must be made through the Conference Center and Special Events office at extension 803-641-3587.

Final Guest Guarantees...

·         A final guest guarantee is required two business days prior to your event. If no guarantee is received, we will plan according to the estimated guest count. If your event is on a Sunday or Monday, your final guest count must be submitted before noon on Wednesday. If the actual guest count exceeds the guaranteed count, you will be billed for the actual guest count.

Service Charges...

·         Normal service time is two hours for full service functions. Events which extend beyond this time may incur additional service charges. If you think your event will exceed the two hours of service provided, consult the Conference Center and Special Events Office in advance to discuss the additional charges.

Delivery Service...

·         An additional charge of $25.00 will be added to your invoice for deliveries off campus. Any on campus events less than $25.00 may incur a $10.00 delivery and pick up charge.

Other Important Bits of Information...

·         Any event requiring special menus should be confirmed ten (l0) days prior to the event

·         Events arranged within two working days may be limited in menu options.

·         Cancellations will be accepted without charge three (3) business days in advance. Less than three business days notice may require charges based on costs that have been incurred.

·         It is a University Food Service policy that no food or beverage be removed from a facility where a catered function is being held.  The policy is in compliance with health regulations. 

·         All equipment sent out with pick up orders must be returned by noon the following day. The sponsoring organization will be held responsible for its return in good condition.

·         Groups serving food prepared by the Catering Services but without Catering supervision must accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and service of food.

·         Specialty item prices available upon request

·         Prices listed are per person. A 6% sales tax will be added.

·         Groups of 100 people or more may be subject to additional charges.
