The USC Aiken Video Conferencing Center allows you to participate in
videoconferences with colleagues -- down the hall or around the world.

The VTEL Enterprise Series Architecture (ESA) system supports international videoconferencing communications standards that make it possible for you to join in videoconferences with other participants in locations worldwide. Some of the features include:

·        Using the system to record and  play videotapes

·        Run Microsoft PowerPoint presentations

·        Transfer text, data, or graphics files to remote videoconference participants

·        Connect to the internet to tap information resources around the world 
  ·        Interactive Document Camera
 

Video Conferencing Center Rates:
$100 per hour plus line usage (local, domestic or international) --
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$200 per hour plus line usage (local, domestic or international) --
5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Negotiable rate --
12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and weekends
The above prices include the use of the facility and video conference equipment. Line usage will be charged to the customer at the same rate charged by the long distance company used. All other services will be negotiated on an as needed basis. Prices are subject to change.
