Pacer Commons is USC Aiken's newest Residence Hall. It features suite-style housing with doubles and singles.
Each double suite consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a furnished kitchen and living area. Single suites are also available and are primarily for continuing USCA students. Pacer Commons also has several common areas for recreation, such as a volleyball court and covered picnic area.
