Pacer Downs is a student apartment community located adjacent to the USC Aiken campus. It consists of 23 buildings that contain 91 2-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment is 800 square feet and consists of 2 full bathrooms and a furnished kitchen and living area. Pacer Downs also has a large courtyard, volleyball court, and swimming pool.
