How to receive disability services at USC Aiken:
Step 1
Contact the Office of Disability Services to request an Intake Packet:

Step 2
Complete and return the DS Intake Packet. Provide the DS Coordinator with appropriate documentation of your disability. For more information about documentation, please refer to the Documentation Requirements section. The DS Coordinator will review your documentation and determine if you are eligible for services.
Step 3
Call Disability Services and make an appointment with the DS Coordinator, who will then provide you with an Accommodation Request Form based on the documentation provided.
Step 4
Share your Accommodation Request Form with each of your professors at the beginning of each semester.
