The School of Education’s Curriculum Lab offers both research and project-based resources and is exclusively available to education majors. The C-LAB has hundreds of books, teacher’s guides, workbooks, and subject-specific material available for reference or check-out. These materials are designed to support the pre-service teacher in curriculum design and lesson implementation.

The C-LAB is also stocked with project-based materials which are available for education majors only. Such materials include:

  1. both hot and cold laminators;
  2. Ellison machine and assorted die-cuts;
  3. colored paper and cardstock;
  4. poster board paper; and
  5. scissors, clue, paints.

Fees for the use of these materials are posted throughout the C-LAB.

The C-LAB also supports the following technology-based materials:

  1. four computers (three Mac’s and one PC);
  2. three scanners; and
  3. two video cameras (check-out privileges only).

Adjacent to the C-LAB is the Education Major’s Lounge. Equipped with tables, chairs, and a comfortable lounge chair and sofa, this is a wonderful, quiet spot for our majors to work or relax. There is also a computer with internet access in the Lounge as well.
