Athletic Task Force Meeting

January 18, 2005

Minutes

Present:  Jo Cunningham, Jerry Snyder, Neil Berment, Jim Kauffman, Kim Wood Woeber, Bill Claxon, Ahmed Samaha, Bob Botsch, Deb Kladivko, Angie Osbon, Randy Warrick, Tim Hall, Connie Pritchard, Randy Duckett

The meeting began at 3:05 p.m. with Randy Duckett asking the Competitive Working Group to complete our discussion regarding our affiliation with the Peach Belt Conference and Division II.

After the discussion, Randy Duckett presented a report from the Community & Campus Impact Working Group.

At the conclusion of this report, the resource members were asked if they had any final comments before the Task Force began their discussion regarding final recommendations. 

The Task Force spent the remainder of the meeting discussing the initial recommendations and began formulating a final report.

The Task Force decided to approve and complete the task at our next meeting.  Dr. Pritchard will update the recommendations and they will be sent to members prior to that meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled on Jan. 31 at 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. in B&E 102.
