Once benefits Have Started

Once your benefits have started, call the telephone number listed below on the last day of every month to verify your enrollment status (full-time, part-time, etc.) has not changed. If you are receiving 'direct' deposit, you should receive your payment within 7-10 days.

Benefits are received monthly. The money you receive each month is for attending school the previous month. Example: In September of the Fall Semester, you will receive approximately two weeks worth of benefits because classes begin at the end of August. In October, you should receive your full amount of benefits because you attended the entire month of September. Keep this in mind and PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
