The Enrollment Planning Team has identified a variety of pressing issues that have direct bearing on enrollment management. Action Teams are established to research these issues and formulate recommendations to the Enrollment Planning Team as a whole.
New Action Teams:
The 2008-09 Action Teams have been formed to direct attention to short term goals which will have an immediate impact on enrollment. These Action Teams are:

- Freshman Scholarship Yield Action Team
- Pacer Pride Action Team
- Student Involvement Action Team
