Action Team Charge 2006-07
This Action Team has been disbanded for 2006-07.
Outreach efforts will be made to develop a strategic enrollment plan for
each College/School
based on targets for inputs, process, and outputs (degrees awarded).
These efforts will be initiated by the Executive Vice Chancellor for
Academic Affairs in coordination with the Strategic Enrollment Plan Action
Team's development of a Strategic Enrollment Plan.

Action Team Charge 2005-06
The Professional School Issues Action Team (formerly the Program/Major Admission Action Team) is charged in 2005-06 with the following:
- Divide Action Team into three separate teams to address
School-specific issues (team members must be identified in early Fall
2005 in consultation with School Heads):
- Business -- Bulletin issues and lessen advisement burden
- Education -- Praxis pass rates
- Nursing -- poor performance in science courses
