Action Team Charge 2006-07
The Strategic Enrollment Planning Action Team is charged in 2006-07 with the following:
1. Under the auspices of the Strategic Planning
Committee, develop a strategic enrollment
plan to include:
- Goals for outputs (degrees awarded)
- Goals for processes (retention rates, numbers of
retained students by year,
graduation rates) - Goals for inputs (admission standards, number and type of new admissions)

Action Team Charge 2005-06
The Strategic Planning and Survey Action Team is charged in 2005-06 with the following:
- Continue collection of items addressed by EPT Action Teams as they align with goals and objective from the Strategic Plan and report these findings both to the entire EPT and to the Strategic Planning Committee.
- Examine survey data more thoroughly to identify useful indicators for strategic enrollment management.
- Formalize recommendations for the full EPT.
