Connect from Off-Campus

USCA now uses Junos Pulse for VPN access.
Junos Pulse offers noticeable increases in speed, reliability and versatility over our previous Cisco VPN product. It's not only easier to install and use, but it will work from just about any location with an internet connection without requiring additional configuration by the user.
Faculty, Staff and Students should now use Junos Pulse for off-campus access to university network resources from their personal or campus owned computers. Students should also use Junos Pulse while on-campus when connecting to network drives (K-drive, J-drive, etc) using their personal laptops.
Please note that beginning in the Spring 2018 semester you will be required to use a special MFA system to connect to USCA's VPN. This is different than the MFA used to access Columbia based systems. Once you complete setup of VPN, please be sure to complete the USCA MFA setup here: https://www.usca.edu/help-desk/mfa/
If you have any questions about switching to Junos, or experience issues while using it, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
