Can I install Office 365 if I have another version of Office already installed on my computer?  What about OneDrive for Business?

You must uninstall any previously installed version of Microsoft Office on your system.  No other copy or version of Office can be installed on your system when Office 365 is installed.  Otherwise, the install will fail at the very end of installation process.  This includes trial and light versions of Office and individual components such as Word.  If you need assistance with this, please stop by the Help Desk.

Please do not install Office 365 on your office computer at this time.  If you would like to have Office 365 installed, or would need assistance connecting your OneDrive for Business account to the existing Office 2013 installation on your work computer, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.

Is Office 365 compatible with Windows XP or Windows Vista?

Microsoft Office 365 does not support Windows XP or Windows Vista.
