Blackboard Information

USCA Helpdesk and CSD Staff currently have no access to assist with the Blackboard system or reset Blackboard passwords. If you require assistance with this system, please see the information below.

What is my Username and Password for Blackboard?

 

Blackboard does not use your USCA Username, and only uses your USCA Password if you have manually changed it to the same password.

 

Your Blackboard Username is usually your last name, first initial and middle initial. For example, if your name was John Thomas Doe, your Blackboard Username would be: doejt

 

You may locate your Blackboard Username and Password within VIP. Simply log into VIP. Click the Technology link. Then click the Show Me link beside the correct area.

 

The USCA Helpdesk is able to assist you in walking through VIP to locate this information, but we are unable to look up your information or reset it for you. If you require any further assistance, please see the information below.
