Clean Access Updates

The Cisco Clean Access Agent software is updated regularly by Cisco. As a result, there will be periodic upgrades necessary when connecting to the USCA Network. When this is required you will be prompted to complete these updates before being allowed to continue. To complete the updates, please follow the directions below.

 


Upgrading Clean Access

Several Updates for Clean Access have been released in the past few months.

If you have previously installed Clean Access, you may see this pop-up. If so, click OK so install the required Major Update.





You'll see the screen below. The program may take a minute or two for download.


Click Next, to begin the update install.


Click Next again.


When the screen below is displayed, click Install.


Wait for the install to continue.


You may see a Security Alert window similar to the one shown below. If so, click the Ignore button to continue.


The install will then complete.


When the screen below is displayed, you have successfully updated your Clean Access client. Continue on to the steps below, or complete your login as required.
