Trend OfficeScan Anti-Virus

(Updated 08/16/2006)

All systems connecting to the USCA Network must have the latest version of an approved anti-virus program installed to access the network. USCA provides all current students, faculty and staff with a free copy of Trend OfficeScan Anti-Virus to meet this requirement (this policy may change in the future).

You may obtain a copy of Trend for install from the VIP website: https://vip.sc.edu. Please use the instructions below to complete the install. If you have access to a printer, we suggest printing this page before beginning installation.

If needed, the Helpdesk staff can also assist you with the install. If you require assistance, stop by, or contact the Helpdesk at extension 4357 (on-campus) or 803-641-3502 (off-campus).

Trend is the official Anti-Virus software for USCA, however, the network does accept other popular brands of anti-virus software. While others software is accepted, CSD and the CSD Helpdesk are able to provide only very limited assistance with these products

Use the instructions below to install Trend OfficeScan Anti-Virus software on your system.
