Changing Your Default Printer

To change your default printer, complete the instructions below. If you run into any problems just give the Helpdesk a call and we'll walk you through the rest of the set-up.
Setting Default Printer in Windows Microsoft
To set a printer as your default printer, first click on the Start menu. Then click Printers and Faxes.
Locate the printer you'd like to set as your default.
Right-click the selected printer.
Select Set as default from the pop-up menu.
NOTE: The printer you select here will now be your default printer and any new print jobs will be sent to this printer unless you specify otherwise.
