A Representative from McLaughlin Young Group (MYGroup) was on campus Tuesday, March 21, 2017, to introduce their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to the university community.

This session included information on the following topics:

Who can use EAP services
Cost of services (Free!)
How to access services
Confidentiality of services
Clinical experience
Work-Life services – including, but not limited to:
- Legal/financial consultations
- Online training programs
- Free will creator

Wellness Wednesday Workshop : Behavior Change
