Resident Status

 The University may establish a differential in tuition and fees between State residents and non-residents, and must determine the resident classification of applicants and students. See South Carolina Code of Laws (59-112-10 et seq.). Persons who are legal residents of Richmond or Columbia counties, Georgia, may qualify to pay the in-state tuition rate and should contact the Admissions Office for additional information.
