Al Beyer: Landscapes

This summer, the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art will present an exhibition of large scale landscape paintings by Al Beyer. Beyer: Landscapes will be on exhibit in the Main Gallery June 23 - August 4, 2017.
The exhibition features large-scale realistic oil paintings inspired by his daily walks. With the largest painting being nearly seven feet long, Beyer draws the viewer into each scene through detailed textures and shades of light.
The opening reception and artist talk is June 23, 2017 from 6-8 pm in the Main Gallery.
The opening is free to members of the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art, and $5 for non-members.
