USC Aiken to Host Gardening Event

The University of South Carolina Aiken Horticulture Club presents a workshop on planting, growing, and pruning fruit trees, Saturday, Nov. 4, 1 p.m., in Pacer Crossings, Room 131.  The public is invited to this free event which will feature Brent Ruggles, an avid fruit grower.  As part of the seminar, guests will plant two pear trees in the USC Aiken Community Garden.
