My First Post

Well hello everyone, as you know my name is Ken Kennedy, and this has been our first couple of days of class and they have been stressful. This is my first semester in the USCA Nursing program and already Im starting to realize that its going to be a tough semester. It seems like one of my classes is going to be the equivalent of a full time job, so that kinda makes it a little tough to continue on with some of the other activities and organizations that I am involved in. But, on a lighter note i just found out that my picture was published in the Aiken Standard, so if you get a chance go out and pick up a copy or six and admire my picture...lol

Busy Busy Busy

Hey everyone....well like i told you in my last diary entry school is going to be very interesting this semester, but I feel as though Im prepared to handle anything that comes my way. With my acceptance into the nursing program Im currently in the process of learning new study habits because im quickly finding out that I am going to have to put in SO much more work than Im used to. So for all of you aspiring Nursing majors out there, all I can say to you is be prepared. Some of the things that Im currently working on are several different events dealing with my fraternity. One event is where we are collaborating with the lovely ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in an event called "Pretty Produktions," which is a cook-out and yard show, so if you are in the Aiken area come check us out and give us your support. We've been practicing for this event and Im praying that everything goes well and I dont drop my kane in the middle of my performance, but until next people ya'll be safe and stay out of trouble....
