I finally finished Sorority Recruitment! Before I get in to talking about that, I want to say that I loved working with all three sororities this week and I'm so proud of everyone for all that they did. A big *snaps* goes to all of the new members of the sororities! You ladies are awesome and I'm so glad I got to meet you this week! I love you all!
Now down to business...
I am a Phi Mu, and I could not be any more proud to be a Phi Mu! I love my sisters and I have missed them so much! We got a fantastic group of Phi's (new members) and I cannot wait to see what awesome things we can accomplish this year!
Ok...now on to some more pressing business....I reckon. I love my classes. They are super fun! I had 2 tests this morning...Monday tests are never fun! I reckon it'll all be ok though! I've got an Accounting test Wednesday...wish me luck!
I got some pretty awesome news this week. I am going to Birmingham, AL in October with PUB. We are going to NACA and I'm so excited! I really feel like this could potentially be something that will help me in my search both for jobs and for grad schools in a few years. I have to miss Phi Mu's annual Bowl-a-thon, but it'll be ok! I've also decided to go on the Alternative Fall Break trip to New Orleans in October! I had such an awesome time in Jensen Beach, FL for Spring Break last year and I'm really excited to be able to go and do some Katrina Relief in New Orleans!
Fall Fest is coming up and so is Sunday Night Madness! I can't wait! That will be tons of fun! Also, the AASA/PUB Talent Show is October 11th! Everyone should come! If you've got a talent (or even if you don't...) sign up by September 27th and you could win up to $100 if you win the talent show! GET EXCITED!
