Wow....it's been FOREVER again! Hope everyone is doing well! I'm actually fantastic. It's almost 2 am and I can't sleep because I am so excited! I'm going to Birmingham, AL tomorrow for a NACA Conference with PUB. I'm really excited because I'd like to work in Student Affairs one day and I really think NACA will be a good foundation experience for me!

So anyway. Let me give you a little update on my life!

So, today I'm tired....really tired. But everyone keeps telling me I look great...so *snaps* for waking up late and being tired! Tonight I have the Rehearsal for the AASA/ PUB Talent Show. That should be exciting. I'm hoping that everyone shows up and does well so that we can go home early! The AASA/PUB Talent show is Wednesday at 8 in the Etherredge Center and I'm super excited about it!

So anyway...

This weekend.....not spectacular...I'll be honest. Nothing really happened. Last week was pretty awesome though. The AASA/PUB Talent show was a huge success and apparently one of the best in recent history. I certainly can't take full credit, but I feel like I put in my fair share of the work. Last week was also revealing for Big/Lil week for Phi Mu. That was super fun because Hanna was convinced that I was her big sis...and I'm not. It was tons of fun to see her face! I went out to dinner with Mr. Student Body President--Brenn Hartley on Friday and then we went and watched Elf at Paige's house. Tons of fun...I really lovoe those kids! Saturday, a bunch of us went to hang out at Ashlee and Melody's house...we had way too much fun! Yesterday, church was awesome. I really felt like it was something I needed to hear...I reallyl love Cedar Creek. It's the first church where I feel at home, and I've needed that so much lately. After church I went to Ruby Tuesday with Lehe, Beth and Erin. Last night was Sunday Night Madness and I had a good time. I was just really tired and not feeling that great. Today, I'm going to the PUB and the Aiken Unplugged meeting and then I have an Up Til Dawn meeting at 6....that should be fun, I reckon. Then there is an Open Mic Night tonight...but I really need to get started on my accounting project due on Wedesday. It probably wouldn't hurt for me to get started studying for my accounting test that is also on Wednesday...I don't know yet...we'll see. So, guess what!! I leave for New Orleans on Wednesday! I could not be more excited to go! I really feel like that's what I should be doing. I'm going to miss Erin's birthday but I'm not sure she cares...so oh well.

I went to New Orleans for Fall Break...SO MUCH FUN! Aside from the fact that I had a regular ol' blast in the French Quarter, I came back to Aiken with a changed outlook on the whole Katrina thing.
