Loving Past and Looking Forward

Whats up everybody?! I hope everything thing is well with you guys. Things are going awesome for me! The semester is finally picking up and the schedule is getting crazy again. This past week was homecoming for USCA and it was great. My favorite part of the entire week, besides going to the homecoming game and chillin with my friends, was going to the magician show sponsored by the Pacer Union Board PUB. It was crazy and kinda scary at the same time. I never thought I would believe in that magic stuff, but after seeing that, I really don't know.

Lately, besides work and classes, I've been working with the orientation team getting things kicked off for Summer '07 orientation and selecting Pacesetters. Yeah, we get started early but things get done right! I am very proud to be an assistant pacesetter team leader and I can't wait for orientation to begin.

Also this month is Black History Month and campus organizations such as AASA and the RAs are really doing it big with events such as the Black History Bowl to educate the USCA family and community on Black History. Great Job! Its so important to know your history and for others to know it in order to respect it.

Before I sign off, I also wanna tell everyone that ,as Valentines Day approaches(Feb 14th), it is very important to tell those important people in your life that you love them or really care about them. Not only your boyfriend or girlfriend, but family and friends too. Tomorrow is never promised! Take advantage of the time to express your love and care for those in your life this Valentines Day!!! Love You Guys! XOXO
