Hey Guys! Hope everything is going good with you. I'm at the point now where the semester needs to slow down and give me a break. And, lucky for me, spring break is only 1 day away!!!! Spring Break is usually a time of parties, hanging out at the beach and with friends, but for me its gonna be a time for me to catch up on some much needed rest!

So let's see.. since the last time I wrote alot has happen. The pacers said good bye to the courthouse with two great basketball games, a farewell ceremony, and a tailgate following sponsored by the Student Government Association (SGA). It was kinda sad, but we're moving on to bigger and better things and we can't wait for the Convocation Center to open in April!!!

Also, the Resident Student Association (RSA) sponsored Pacer Idol and it was really fun. We even had our own Simon, Paula, and Randy! The def poetry dam sponsored by AASA was fun. I got up there and did my poetry thing but I need a lot of work!

School wise, professors are coming down hard with test on top of test, on top of test. But most of them are willing to help where I need the help. Its just a lot to do to be active on campus and keep my grades up, but I'm doing it and I think it makes me a more organized and well-rounded student.

So spring break is coming up!!! Hip Hip Horray!!! And after spring break we have tons of other things in store, like the AASA retreat to Atlanta in April, the Easter Egg Hunt for the children in the community and a Elections Blowout Baseball Tailgate the wednesday after spring break. And oh yeah, Spring Bling the week following. The list just goes on and on and I can't wait.

Hope you guys are doing great! Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that spring break is over. As a matter of fact it was over a week ago and I'm kinda just adjusting to that and getting back in the swing of things. The good news is that we only have a month and half before summer! YAY! Since, I got back from break I've been studying for test and attended almost all of the fabulous things that the Spring Bling committee had planned last week. From mechanic bull riding to working with greeks as a senator of SGA for the Baseball tailgating event. The week was great. I also attended a step show on saturday put on by Delta Sigma Theta. They did a wonderful job and congrats to all of my girls that are the new faces of DST. But the fun doesn't stop there. There's so much more going on this week and the weeks to come. I'm excited and can't wait for the activities planned for these upcoming weeks!
