I received my PhD from the University
of South Carolina in
1988. I have an MPA degree from UNC and a BA in Sociology from Syracuse University. I teach a variety of
courses, including American Government, Judicial Politics, Gender Theory, and
four other undergraduate level Public Administration courses. My current
research interests include the political socialization of college students and how
governmental units address pet overpopulation.
