This page has links to descriptions of what the NPR was and what initiatives the federal government took You will see that this was an extensive and on-going set of reforms. Examine the specific recommendations and initiatives that would have had an impact on personnel management. Select two specific recommendations/initiatives. Describe these two initiatives and their strengths and weaknesses. How can they be or how were they implemented? What impact do you think they had on personnel? TYPE your answer.
