To request an Enrollment Verification, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into SSC
2. Click on “Student” tab
3. Click on “Student Records”
4. Click on “Enrollment Verification Service”
5. Read the options carefully to decide which type of request you want. Most will choose the first bullet which gives you the option of selecting Current Enrollment or All Enrollment
6. After selecting which enrollment status you want, click on “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate”. This will bring up a PDF file of your Enrollment Verification Certificate at the bottom of your screen for you to print.
You can also chose to come to our office (Penland 109) and get our Records Specialist to process your Enrollment Verification. If you chose to do this, please allow 24 hours for processing.
