Senior Citizens
South Carolina state law
(59-111-320) authorizes USCA to permit SC residents at least
sixty years of age to attend classes without the payment of
tuition, on a space available basis, provided that
such persons meet admission and other standards deemed
appropriate by the university. (Application fee, books, supplies, parking
decals and other fees are not covered by this law and will
be the responsibility of the senior citizen.)
Registration for
senior citizens is the third day of class during the fall
and spring semesters.
If you are
interested in taking a class during the Maymester, Summer I,
Summer II or Fall 2008 semester, please contact
the Office of Admissions at (803) 641-3366 for complete
information. |
