So who's going to win the election? McCain seems out of touch - Obama hangs out with crazy people. Those two sound kind of like me and you, don't they? I mean, who is not out of touch and who does not have crazy friends. Glad I am not running. The bottom line is, the next president is going to have to do some pretty tough stuff and a lot of people aren't going to like it. But hey, times are tough and we are all going to have to do our share and take our sacrifice. America is still a great place and the changes we are going to have to make are nothing compared to what the rest of the world has to deal with. By sacrifice, I mean we might have to buy a 1,700 sq. ft. house instead of the 2,500 sq. ft. one we REALLY wanted. We might have to stay home to go to college instead of going out of state. We might have to drive that 8 year old car instead of buying the new one we just HAD to have. The sacrifices we are being asked to make are not considered sacrifices in most of the world. We need to get a grip and do the right thing. ALL OF US!!!!! NO MORE WHINNING!!!!

YOU HAVE TO VOTE ON NOVEMBER4 - NO EXCUSES!!! The whole point of freedom is that we are free to DECIDE what WE want. If you don't vote, you do not decide, and in effect, do not exercise your freedom. Countless Americans have died just so we can go to the polls in two weeks and peacefully vote. Think about it. We have elections every four years. Nobody dies, nobody gets hurt, cities don't burn down, etc. We started the modern day rendition of this process and we keep it going. I am damn proud of that fact. Sure stupid people do some stupid things, but in the big picture it works and i challenge anybody to disagree. We need to be vigilant and make sure the process remains open and viable, but the point is that it works and works pretty good. So vote. Just vote. I don't want to know who you voted for or any of that. I just want you to vote. It will be good for you, for me, and for our country. How 'bout those PACKERS!?!?!
