Dr. Marsha Shelburn received her PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1980.  Dr. Shelburn has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the College of William and Mary.  She has published research papers on topics in international economics, the economics of divorce, forensic economics, and economic education.

Dr. Shelburn has consulting experience in forensic economics and enjoys speaking to community groups on current economic issues.
