Dr. Leach earned his B.S. in accounting at Shippensburg State College and M.B.A at Drexel University. He has professional experience in private accounting and has published in leading academic journals, and has made presentations at national conferences. His research interests are in corporate financial distress, corporate restructuring and control, and valuation.
