ID Cards

All Students and Faculty/Staff must obtain a USC Aiken ID at University Police.

If you already have a USC Aiken ID, you do not need a new one issued every year. Your ID will automatically activate upon class registration.

Residents (Students living on campus) must obtain their ID on, or before, their move-in day. Residents will need a USC Aiken ID for USCA-required identification purposes, dorm access, meal plan, declining balance, Pacer Print, Library and Bookstore use, and limited building access.

Commuters must obtain their ID on, or before, their first day of class. Commuters (Students not living on campus) will need a USC Aiken ID for USCA-required identification purposes, limited building access, PacerPrint, Library and Bookstore use, and optional meal plan and declining balance.

If you are new to the USC system, and BEFORE you pick up your USC Aiken ID, please follow these quick and easy steps for your first USCA ID:
