Objectives: Running warm - up that focuses on overhead passing and looking for open areas on the court.
Coach gives alternating free balls. Players can only use the overhead pass. The players can set the ball over on the first, second or third contact. After each contact the players must touch the end line before contacting the ball again. Play rally scoring games to 5 or 7, 2 games out of 3 or 3 out of 5.
