Objectives:
Teach middle hitters to get ball to either corner.
Coach tosses ball to a passer.
Passer passes ball to the setter.
Setter sets middle a quick.
Middle hits, rolls or tips a ball to passer in either corner.
Middle hitter on the other side attempts to block.
Repeat 2 - 5.
Play for a set number of contacts, digs or hits or set amount of time.
Variations:
Have middles vary the playsets they run in transition.
Use one passer and have middle look for find or listen for the passer and get the ball to them.
