Objectives:
Read hitters and fill holes in the block. Show the positive effects of aggressive serves on defense.
Defending side serves.
Attacking side passes, sets and hits.
Defending sides fronts the hitters and does not jump to block.
Defense attempts to dig the ball.
If defending side digs the ball they get to play the ball out.
Attacking side can block.
Play three out of ten scoring ( three digs out of ten attacks ). Vary the scoring depending on the level of play, and difficulty desired.
