Setter starts in base defense position.
Coach gives free ball to passer.
Setter yells "free" and penetrates to the net.
Hitters transition off the net.
Setter avoids hitters.
Passer passes ball to the setter.
Setter squares up and sets ball to the target.
Setter and hitters cover the set.
Players return to base positions.
